How Do You Replace a Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter?
Locate the filter inside the fridge compartment or in the base grille, twist it a quarter turn to release, insert the new filter, and flush several gallons before drinking.
- Locate the filter housing — typically inside the refrigerator compartment, upper right or lower grille depending on model.
- Turn the filter a quarter-turn counterclockwise to release it.
- Remove the old filter and note the code printed on it to confirm your replacement matches.
- Insert the new filter and turn a quarter-turn clockwise until it locks.
