How Verification Works
Every match on this site is built by cross-referencing multiple sources rather than trusting any single one: manufacturer spec sheets and official part-fitment documentation, published compatibility and cross-reference lists from filter makers and retailers, and user-reported fitment data — but only after that user data is checked against the sources above. When those sources disagree, the model gets flagged as unverified instead of published as a guess. That distinction matters: a wrong filter purchase usually means a return, a delay, or (in HVAC and range hood cases) a part that doesn’t seal correctly and reduces the system’s effectiveness.
